Division: EF Englishtown
The Life Club specialist must be very enthusiasm, creative, strong willing to share and well organized on activities.
The responsibility of Life Club specialist is to execute comprehensive and attractive activities to trigger out students study interests, encourage fully engagement by students with foreigner teachers. Create vigorous environment to help students speak real English, learn about different cultures and develop social skills with English language. Provide professional student service, improvement student loyalty and build out "Word of Mouth" for renew and referral leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure participation targets and student satisfaction levels are met each month
2. Strongly encourage students to use English only during all the Member Life events
3. Develop Life Club participation in the center(s)
4. Cooperate with other departments such as Academics, Marketing and Sales to deliver best possible service
5. Be culturally sensitive with students and staff
6. On a weekly basis, report to the Production Manager on status of events costs, operations, marketing and sales
7. Ensure professional event management and wear appropriate professional attire during events
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least one year work experience is a requirement
2. Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
3. Fluent English/Chinese language with strong writing and communication skills
4. Positive, extrovert personality
5. Highly organized and self-motivated
6. Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
7. Deadline- and detail-oriented
8. Calm, friendly, approachable person
