What do we expect you to do?
?    Acknowledge retail system which can be proved by the previous successful project, need to be familiar with POS system, multi-payment system, shipping and receiving system, inventory system;
?    Acknowledge new retail background solutions, such as O2O, Scan & Go, B2C.
?    Independent capability to collect change request (CR), analyze CR, set priority for CR, design solution and align with business team.
?    Strong capability to manage external resources, use agile methodology to lead external resources and make sure they deliver us outcome on time.
?    Act as a store system’s coordinator to manage crossed-team or crossed-department project.

1.    对零售相关的系统有一定的了解，比如销售系统，聚合支付系统，收发货系统，库存管理系统等；
2.    需要了解IT技术在新零售背景下的应用，比如020、Scan & Go、B2C等，有相应的项目管理经验为佳；
3.    能独立地收集需求变更、分析需求、排优先级，设计变更方案并与业务部门一同确认方案；
4.    有较好的供应商管理能力，能用敏捷型方法指导供应商开发系统保证按时交付开发成果；
5.    作为店铺系统的沟通者，可以合作管理跨团队或跨部门的项目；
职位要求：
What do we want you to have?
We hope that you will have:
?    Computer / IT bachelor or above.
?    PMP / ITIL, MCSE and SQL SERVER is a must, CCNA / CCNP preferred.
?    Retail / fast fashion background preferred.
?    Quick mind, excellent communication skill, can work under pressure.
?    Fluent in both written and oral English.
?    Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
?    A team player, have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
?    Strong interest to develop career as retail solution professional.
