Independent calculation of target / “should” cost under best practice approach, applying company calculation methodology incl. benchmark calculations and simulation of scenarios (scenarios to be aligned with supervisor);

Establish and collection the necessary information to adequately monitor, controls, and trend the cost of products/platforms/VSMs;

Prepare statistical / historical check and benchmark analysis;  Perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting.

Review the estimation/actual accounting methodology and cost report with relevant parties;

Identify areas that require improvements to ensure the quality of cost estimation and accounting;

Education学历

• Bachelor, major in Accounting or IE preferred

Experience工作经验

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in technologies in manufacturing processes

Minimum 3 years of experience in applying methods for price and cost structure analysis (e.g., product calculations, cost analysis, value stream methods, value analysis, functional analysis, etc.)

Competency and Skills 能力和技能

Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);

Good English Communication (Oral and written);

Ability to work independently
