职位介绍：

该服务器主管负责设计，实施和运维企业私有云及公有云服务计算及存储系统，以满足业务需求和目标，涵盖广泛的高可用性和高级的冗余解决方案，并符合DPEP技术战略与系统架构标准和指南。

 

工作内容：

·         指导服务器工程师，在系统规划、设计、工程、架构、安全、实施和运营方面提供高度娴熟的技术支持

·         在企业私有云和公共云环境推荐合适的技术解决方案，制定短期技术规划和长期路线图, 管理和维护服务提供商的关系，确保解决方案交付符合企业标准

·         识别新产品，评估新技术和平台以确保与业务需求一致性

• 及时解决问题，尽力确保99.9%的服务器系统正常运行时间，识别和诊断影响服务器系统性能的复杂问题和因素, 并为升级的问题提供解决方案，包括在有可能出现服务器系统紧急状况时，在非工作时间待命
• 评估和识别改善服务器系统性能和功能,负责服务器系统容量规划管理
• 有能力设计，构建并运用高可用、双活的计算，存储，虚拟化的架构平台，并能拓展到公有云，私有云及混合云的运维模式
• 处理服务器系统相关的变更管理并确保所有变更都遵循标准流程且可控
• 与应用团队紧密合作，识别客户需求，并将其转化为基础架构系统设计需求
• 针对全球/区域服务器系统政策、架构和标准化制定相关流程与文档，与企业总部相关技术团队展开合作
• 参与不同规模的复杂信息项目，并满足业务单元总体目标的工程生命周期（需求评估、设计和实施）积极沟通进度状态、行动计划和提供需求解决方案
• 实行服务器系统资产管理，包括维护服务器系统组件及软件授权库存以及相关的文档和技术规格信息

 

我们希望您：

• 计算机科学学士， MIS或相关同等程度的学位
• 8年以上运维多种硬件平台和管理虚拟系统的经验，例如HPE服务器硬件及其SAN存储系统 (P9500 and MSA), EMC系列的存储 (DataDomain, Isilon), 熟悉VMWare Virtualization and VSAN 商用软件平台及Docker, kubernetes 等开源系统及平台。
• 8年以上关于Windows/Linux, VMWare, VDI, Airwatch及数据备份Commvault的设计、实现和操作的技术工作经验，
• 知晓常用的系统管理，自动化监控/告警/日志管理等平台的知识，如MS SCOM/SCCM, vRealize operation, ServiceNOW, Splunk, Ansible等
• 熟悉任何一种云技术如阿里云，MS Azure服务设计及运维，熟悉超融合架构，软件定义数据技术，有大规模云计算平台及混合云运维经验者优先;
• 具有支付卡行业PCI或者云架构设计或者自动化运维经验优先
• 能够很好的理解组织的目标和愿景
• 杰出的人际沟通能力，演讲和文档管理技能, 尤其是能够将向不熟悉技术的团队沟通技术类信息
• 能够承受较大工作压力，对任务进行有效优先排序,具有独立工作和管理多项并发事务的优先执行能力
• 在必要时能够适应灵活的工作时间安排去满足客户的需求
• 对新兴技术的热情，以及通过应用技术概念实现客户需求的最终目标的愿景;
• 创造性地解决问题，能够在有限的预算下在紧张的时间框架内交付可行的解决方案/设计;
• 具有利用结构工程/设计生命周期运营和实施大型复杂IT项目的经验（需进行日常运营、故障排查和项目实施）
• MCSE/VCP/RHCA证书或同等资质证书，及其它IT系统运维管理资格如ITIL, PMP
• 英语和普通话流利

Job Summary:

The server lead responsible for designing, implementation and operating enterprise provide and public cloud computing and storage service to meet business requirement, goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of high availability and advanced redundancy solution that are in accordance with WDP&R Technology Strategy & Architecture standards and guidelines.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Guide server engineers and provide highly skilled technical instruction including planning, design, engineering, architecture, security, implementation, and operations

·         Recommends suitable Technology updates in order to develop short-term Technical planning and long term roadmap including on-promise and public cloud environment, maintaining relationship with service providers, and ensure cloud security compliant with enterprise standard.

·         Identifying new products, evaluating new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the business’s needs.

·         Address Issue/problem timely with resolution to ensure 99.9% uptime of the server system;

Identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting server system performance. and provides resolution for escalated problems. including being on call during non-office hour in case of server system emergency that may arise.

·         Evaluates and identifies opportunities for server system performance and functionality improvements, responsibly for computing system capacity management  

·         Ability to design, build a high availability, active-active/standby computing, storage, and virtualized architecture platform that extends to the operational modes on public, private, and hybrid clouds

·         Handle server system related Change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling;

·         Work closely with application team to identify customer requirement and convert it to infrastructure system design

·         Work closely with Corporate Technology function teams for server system global/regional policy, architecture, standard deployment to develop local technical standards and processes.

·         Participates in small to large scale, complex IT projects and applies engineering life cycles (Need assessment, design, and implementation) that meet overall objectives of business units. Proactively communicate the progress status, plan of action(s), and providing resolution(s) of demand.

·         Practice server system asset management, including maintenance of server system component and software license inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience managing virtualization operation and maintenance on multi-vendor hardware platforms such as HPE server System, EMC (Data Domain and Isilon) or HP (P9500 and MSA), VMWare Virtualization, VSAN and Docker, kubernetes open source program.
• 8+ year’s technical experience with Windows/Linux, VMWare, VDI, Airwatch, Data Backup about design, implementation and operation.
• Familiar with one of Aliyun, MS Azure services design and operation,
• General knowledge of system management, monitoring/alerting/Log management and automation, such as MS SCOM/SCCM, ServiceNOW, Splunk, Ansible etc.
• Demonstrated experience in operation & implementation large complex IT project utilizing structured engineering/design life cycle (need daily operation, troubleshooting and implementation).
• Proven experience with system planning, security principals and general software management best practices, as well as OS patching, antivirus operation.
• Ability to professionally handle multiple tasks in a pressured environment and ability to prioritize projects and establish schedules for their timely completion.
• familiar with hyper converged infrastructure, software defined data center technology, a large-scale cloud computing platform and hybrid cloud operation experience are preferred;
• Working experiences of Payment Card industry(PCI), Cloud architecture design or operation automation are desired and considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and documentation skills.

·         Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
• Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Passion for emerging technologies and vision for end goal in achieving customer needs through applying technical concepts;
• Creative problem solving with ability to deliver workable solutions/designs under tight timeframes with limited budgets;

·         Ability to recognize and embrace change as the external environment and organization evolves.

• MCSE/VCP/RCHA certificate or equivalent qualification certificate, other relevant IT Ops certificate is plus. Such as ITIL, PMP
• Bilingual of English and Mandarin is required
