Objective of Job

Responsible for assisting Compliance manager to enhance the company’s compliance awareness and ensure compliance over company policies/processes according to the requirements by FCA group.

Brief Task Description

1. Responsible for Uniform Delegation of Authority (UDA) maintenance across the region, ensures that all authorization requests have been filled and approved properly. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure that system setting is in consistence with UDA setting. 

2. Responsible for audit on T&E expenses across the region, identify anomalies and potential non-compliant activities. Spot potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Collect and analyze audit results for continuous policy refinery. 

3. Responsible for safeguarding company chops and ensuring related policies are strictly followed. 

4. Assist Compliance manager in following up on Internal Audit findings, support business users to define corrective action plans, as well as follow up and report on issue status. 

5. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues. 

6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Must possess the highest ethical standards, diligent and discreet. 

2. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 

3. 3-4 years working experience in internal audit, compliance, internal control. 

4. Big 4 or in-house internal control experience is a plus. 

5. The ability to present and communicate effectively and professionally with team members, management, cross functional business users. 

6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
