1. 进行项目及量产后变更的质量策划，确保客户所有质量要求得到识别并实施。参加PFMEA和控制计划的编制。组织项目及量产后变更阶段性质量评审。Make the quality planning for project and change phase after SOP, ensure customer quality requirements are identified and implemented. Participate in PFMEA and control plan compilation. Organize the quality review for project and change phase.

2. 参加内部样件生产，支持项目及量产后变更的质量问题的解决。安排样品检验和试验，参与制订GP12检验计划。组织编写和提交OTS/PPAP文件及PPAP样品，跟踪客户的批准。Participate in the internal sample production, support the problem solving for project and change phase after SOP. Arrange sample inspection and testing. Participate in the GP12 inspection plan. Responsible for collection, creation and submission of OTS/PPAP documents and PPAP samples. Follow up the approval by customer.

3. 处理项目及量产后变更阶段的客户抱怨，组织失效分析及组织制定并跟踪纠正预防措施实施。

   Handle the customer complaint during the project and the change phase after SOP, organize the failure analysis and the corrective action making, follow up the corrective action implementation.

4. 准备、协调项目及量产后变更阶段的客户审核，跟进改进措施。Prepare, accompany and follow up customer audits at the project and change phase after SOP.

5. 向客户提交变更申请、协调与变更相关的客户端质量事宜。

      Submit the change application, and coordinate quality topics related to change at the customer side.

  

1. 完成项目工作包中的相关质量工作。

   Finish the quality task in the project work package.

2. 完成领导安排的其他工作事项。

   Finish other task which is arranged by leader.

        

要求：

• 熟悉IATF16949质量管理体Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
•  理解汽车行业和主机厂质量要求，例如VDA系列要求，GM BIQS, Ford Q1等质量要求

• Understand automotive industry and OEM quality requirements, VDA series, GM QSB/BIQS, Ford Q1

• 了解APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC等工具Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

• 熟练运用质量控制方法例如PDCA,8D等Work efficiently with quality control method like PDCA, 8D.

• 产品和工艺知识Product knowledge and process knowledge

•  具有客户质量管理的经验Working experience on customer quality management

• 良好的组织能力和沟通协调能力Strong organizational skill, communication and coordination ability

• 具有很强的责任心/Sense of responsibility

• 注重细节Pay attention to details.
