Responsibilities

  

1.Select, develop and manage supply base for company strategy.

  

2.Responsible for quote, negotiation, project management and supplier development.

  

3.Evaluates supplier cost structure to obtain best overall value’

  

4.Supplier audit evaluation and sample confirmation

  

5.Implement new supplier pre-qualification process with onsite audit;

 

Knowledge and Education

  

Bachelor degree or above in engineering, business or related discipline; 

  

Skills and Competencies

  

1.English communication, excellent negotiation skill. Engineering background is preferred

    

2.Above 3 years sourcing experience for manufacturing field. Automotive background is preferred.

  

3.Good communicate skills in business negotiation, strong cost and risk sense, capable of solving problem independently

  

4.Ability to business travel and global conference call.

  

5.Ability to report in English
