             1.Functional an professional support   for plant at the concept release meeting for new production line. 在新生产线的设计讨论过程中给与工厂技术支持。   2.Ramp-up of complex   production and/or assembly lines in cooperation with the related colleagues   in the central business division. 协调相关的中央职能部门完成复杂的生产/装配线的爬坡   3.Support of related IEs in the   central business division for the development of new production/assembly,   concepts and the releasing meeting, either for new acquisition and/or nominated   projects.在新的生产/装配线概念设计阶段，以及概念认可会议中，给予相关的中央工业工程师支持，不管是报价项目还是已经拿到的项目   4.Independent and ambitious identification of improvement and/or   ratio potentials for cost reduction独立高效的完成改善及潜在成本节约项目   5.Manufacturing   engineering experience in dedicated assembly or production process as needed   to fulfill the job scope(e.g. pressing，screwing,   staking, riveting, welding, greasing, vision checking, testing etc.)area,   support maintenance team to analyze and reduce downtime, define achievable   actions.具备压装/拧紧/铆压/铆接/焊接/影响检查/测试等生产制造经验，支持维修团队分析及降低停机时间，定义可实现的行动计划。   6.Independent   and on schedule start-up management for production lines achieving the   required/confirmed KPIs and objectives(concept release)独立及时的管理生产线以实现既定的关键指标以及（新线概念认可时）的目标。   7.Support   for the evaluation of technical/engineer changes within the series production   in cooperation with the central business division.在批量连续生产过程中，协调相关部门支持并评估技术/工程变更。   8.Indentification   and documentation of production and assembly standards including   responsibility to forward and/or present them to the responsible key   functions for release标准化生产和装配线文件，包括展示给关键部门负责人确认，从而释放文件   9.Indepentent   and ambitious preparation of target(MTM, PT, balancing and execution/release   in the related assembly teams.在相关生产/装配团队中，独立并具备热情的准备任务的时间节点（MTM,过程时间，产线平衡）执行及释放。   10.Creation/preparation   and/or modification/maintaining of all kind of production data, such as bill   of material, rate routing, change master, work center, production version,   etc.创建/更改/维护各种系统内主数据，例如物料清单，工艺路线，工程变更，工作中心，生产版本等   11.Creation/preparation   of all required documents(e.g. specification, procurement request, PFMEA,   timeline, MTM) for improvements, technical changes and/ or capacity   extensions and execute them in the production.为改善，技术变更和产能扩充，创建和准备各种需要的文件（例如设计技术规范，提采购需求，过程失效模式管理，时间表，生产节拍计算等）并在生产中执行。   12.   Involvement in root cause analysis and support for corrective actions of non-   conformities (process failures and customer returns).参与根本原因的分析并支持纠正措施偏差措施的实施（过程失效，或者客户抱怨等）   13.   Control scrap rate caused by process/machine in normal situation 将由于工艺/设备引起的报废率控制在正常范围   14.Training   technicians and operators for machine and process, and also trouble shooting   skill. 针对设备操作及工艺，解决问题的能力培训技术员和操作工。   15.Plant   layout preparation under consideration of optimum space utilization and value   stream.考虑工厂空间利用率优化和价值流分析。   16.   Ensuring of new adaption projects SOP on mass production line ,cooperation   with project team including sample building,    investment for machine modification，etc . 与项目组合作，确保新项目在量产生产线准时量产包括做样件，为新项目所做的设备改造投资等。
