岗位职责：

1、做好备课工作，并按照教学大纲完成授课；

2、管理和汇报学生的学习进度，并与其他职能部门协调，保持有效的关系；

3、根据上级主管的指示，准备和执行课程；

4、记录和管理学生的测验、考试、评估和学习进度报告；

5、通过面谈、电话、微信等与家长沟通学生的学习进度和学习计划；

6、协助新生报名测试和学习方案的制定；

7、参加学术活动，包括公开课、试听课等；

8、积极参加教学和学术培训，促进自身发展；

9、完成上级主管临时安排的课程或代替临时缺席的老师上课，包括其他校区。

任职资格：

1. 国外教育求学背景；

2. 文学、写作、哲学、教育专业毕业；

3. 有原版教材或书籍教学经验；

4. 喜爱阅读和教育；

5. 善于沟通；

6. 有教学专研精神。
