What will be your role? 

·         Develop the supporting infrastructure necessary to the effective growth of the Anti-Piracy and Compliance Program

·         Review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for legal support WW, in collaboration with DS legal teams, in terms of the letters of engagement (LoE) and powers of attorney (PoAs), Finders Fee Agreements (FFA) provided to those Law Firms that have been engaged to take action on anti-piracy and compliance matters.

·         Review, develop and enhance the supporting infrastructure for the engagement of third parties WW who have been engaged to support or advance the strategy of the anti-piracy and compliance program.

·         Monitor, control and coordinate activities amongst investigation firms, audit firms and law firms in compliance-related actions within the region of designated responsibility.

·         Maintain close liaison with, and provide a responsive and decisive local point of contact for, the VS Channel Heads and Regional/Industry and Brand Sales Managers in support of the objectives of the Program.

·         Generate and investigate quality leads within the VS Channels across the Region using all available resources.

·         Issue soft and standard compliance letters in respect of qualified leads. Follow up with phone calls and visits, where appropriate. Issue reminder letters to non-responders. Draft tailored letters, where appropriate.

·         Provide direct responses to compliance actions to the appropriate party, if necessary.

·         Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads are entered into and maintained in DSX.ECO.Sales and DSX.CLIENT in a timely and accurate manner. Manage, populate and maintain the EXALEAD AP&C SBA Case Management System in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Support and work with the business to ensure that opportunities are created by the relevant responsible person within each of the sales channels and are properly made

·         Investigate those organizations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products.

·         Engage with Law Enforcement or Trade Body to disrupt or remove through enforcement action those organizations and individuals involved in the illegal distribution of DS products.
