Main Responsibilities

1.     Proactively investigate and deep understanding of corporate business requirement, process and application system

2.     Apply the knowledge and expertise to propose IT solutions and address the business needs and improve the business efficiency

3.     Driving new IT technology solutions and strategy to meet business needs

4.     Support regional infrastructure team to deliver infrastructure projects in China.

5.     Manage vendors on IT projects

6.     Responsible for IT security related matter and ensure that the corporate network and security infrastructure setup conform with regulatory and compliance

7.     Responsible for mentoring, training, evaluating, and developing team members.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor degree above in MIS (Management Information System), Computer Science or related discipline(s)

2.     Over 8 years working experience in IT management, IT service, application and system operation with at least 4 years related to IT technology planning, project management

3.     Technical knowledge of technologies on O365, Cloud, firewall, network, servers, and security aspects

4.     Understand retail operation and POS support.

5.     Certified in ITIL, CISSP, CISA or related professional certification will be an advantage

6.     Good analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills

7.     Speaks good Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills

8.     Customer centric mindset, autonomous and self-driven, multi-tasker, Can-do spirit.

9.     Quick learner and ability to adapt the new technologies, tools and processes.
