Job Overview and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a report of CAPEX Project expediting status, including any revisions based on feedback from the project management team and the vendor.

• Create Purchase Orders for CAPEX projects in SAP and ensure that vendors receive the Purchase Orders on-time

• Expedite and follow up on Purchase Orders to ensure vendors make the delivery on time. 

• Work closely with  Project management and Purchasing team to ensure that external vendors review and improve on their manufacturing plan to meet the project timeline.

• Conduct periodic visits to the vendors and organize coordination meetings with the vendors for any delivery issues

• Ensure that documentation necessary for invoice processing are received on-time 

• Closely monitor invoice status and manage invoice receiving.

• Monitor vendor delivery performance for long-term vendor evaluation
