职位描述

In this role, you will:

The Business Development category is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives.

The tasks for this role will include most of the following:

- Support tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers

- Provide support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers

- Supporting distribution channel business development strategies

- Support plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders which may include relationship mangers and product specialists to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank

- Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities

- Protect the bank’s reputation and ensure an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

This role will responsible to deliver sales target within assigned branches. He / she will be the in-branch INSH insurance sales driver and manage the complexity of relationships with partners and their respective organizational structures/product requirements.

-This role reports on a solid basis to branch head, Shenzhen.

- Support RBWM New Branch Sales Model.

- Support RBWM Needs Based Selling Model
