Oversee Construction Phase of Piping & Mechanical. Serve as day-to-day interface with Piping & Mechanical Contractor during Construction.

First priority is Piping / Mechanical work, but will also support structural work if required.

Provide the interface between Contractor and the Construction Lead.

Provide Company oversight to Permit to Work. Monitor and advice Contractor permit to work processes are in compliance and being implemented.

Provide focus on Safety, Quality and Schedule.

Obtains Guidance from Mechanical Completion Lead to Coordinate Piping and Mechanical equipment completion priorities.

Interface with QA/QC personnel to address Quality Issues/Progress.

Provide oversight of Contractor’s Material Management /verification systems.

Coordinate Mechanical & Piping Preservation requirements with Contractor.

Ensure Compliance with Specifications, Procedures and Schedule.

Ensure Contractor Compliance to Piping and Flange Management Guidelines.

Monitor Piping Hydro test packs.

Monitor yard manpower loading & Progress as per discipline and provide data on daily bases.

nowledge of Construction discipline (Piping & Mechanical) activities in Oil and Gas Industry or Ship building Industry.

Provide assistance to Site Manager as per Construction need.

Chinese National who can read, write and speak fluent English

Bachelor of Science – Graduation.

Certification in Construction – Piping ( added advantage)

Display Strong analytical, problem-solving. Team player.

Should have familiarity with Microsoft Office. Able to prepare graphs & tracking sheets.
