  l   Assist warehouse keeper to do job like goods-receiving, materials-issuing,5S, inventory-counting and so on, especially when workloads are heavy 在仓库员工作负荷较高时，协助仓库管理员收货，发货，现场5S,盘点等工作

  l   Responsible for employees’ daily work and shift arrangement according to production schedule and department work plan 根据部门计划和生产计划排班，安排员工日常工作                        

  l   Responsible for all material-receiving, issuing, borrowing and project material cleaning up in Baan system 负责BAAN系统操作（物料接受，物料发货，项目借料，项目物料清理）

  l   Responsible for warehouse cycle stock-taking, annual inventory-counting and cooperate with finance department for external-auditing 负责仓库的循环盘点，年度盘点并配合财务做好审计工作                      

  l   Responsible for warehouse Layout optimization 负责仓库Layout持续优化                                  

  l   Responsible for warehouse material protection and management 负责在库物料的防护与管理

  1.      FIFO principle enforcement 货物先进现出的管理

  2.      Regularly examine material’s status to ensure there are no quality-expiration products in warehouse 定期检查物料的状况及时处理品质过期的产品

  3.      Set up storage location for materials, utilizing bin location rules to storage and issue materials in way of efficiency 为物料建立库位，通过库位规则入库与出库,提高工作效率

  4.      Ensure high level performance of 6S 维护现场6S l   Responsible for material internal transition 负责仓库物料内部流转

  1.          Ensure high-level accuracy of material-receiving 确保物料接受准确率

  2.          Ensure high-level accuracy of material-issuing 确保发料准确率

  3.          Standardizing project material -borrowing procedure 固化项目借料流程

  4.          Standardizing project material cleaning up procedure 固化项目物料清理流程

    l   Make up non-moving material inventory reporting monthly and support the relative department to control and decrease non-moving materials 定期汇报呆滞物料状况,配合其他部门控制并降低呆滞料的库存

    l   Ensure high level of inventory accuracy rate 确保仓库库存准确                 

    l   Responsible for other tasks assigned by the superiors 负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务"                                Others

任职要求：

  

• Collegea or Academy

  大专、高职                         

• Five to eight years working experience

  5至8年工作经验                   

• Able to do the daily work in foreign language

  基本能使用外语进行日常工作

• "Excellent computer skill

  能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作"            

• "College degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred. More than 5 years related working experience, heavy machining or manufacturing company is preferred
