Responsibilities:

• Share accountability for client results and oversees team's execution of client activities, including anticipating any potential business challenges and working with the team to resolve them;
• Develop and maintain broad and deep media relations, esp. VVIPs of media groups and TV station managers, etc., and take in-depth understanding of their styles and characteristics, develop media strategy independently;
• Build up and maintain positive interaction with key contacts clients, media & peer agencies, which will benefit BD, media system and recruitment;
• Oversee implementation of social media plans;
• Contribute to the teamwork atmosphere, identifying and sharing good practices across groups and offices, professional in training subordinates to enhance their ability;

Requirement:

• At least 8 years working experience in public relation agencies or related ones, more than 2 years working experience in charge of mature business team.
• Related PR experience is preferred, unique understanding in at least 2 industries.
• Have big picture and strategic thinking in PR management, able to provide feasible and efficient solutions. Better to coordinate in business development planning.
• Team management skill, have passion and sense to coach and grow the members, make efforts to enhance their ability.
• Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative ideas based on the concept or key message, have unique thoughts about new business;
• Have strong communication skills and ability to influence key partner / co-workers and get them to buy in to plans;
• Bilingual in English and Chinese. Good skills in PPT and proposal writing.
