Reporting Line: Senior Sales Operations Manager       

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Outbound shipment (Wholesale when received payment)

       - Co-ordinate with wholesale customers for weekly outbound delivery

       - Prepare LOB to local warehouse (+ Pro forma invoice)

       - Documents preparation

       - Billing to wholesale customers

2. Billing maintenance - Wholesale

       - Letter of credit maintenance

       - Payment collection

       - Inform Marketing for POP invoices fm B.U.

       - Inform Accounts weekly for invoices issued

3. Orders

       - 'Stop and Go' transmission

       - New account creation and related data management

       - Seasonal sales order management

           > sales order block

           > sales order unblock

           > sales order cancellation

           > sales order switching between customers

       - Price and cost maintenance for License products and Kids products

       - Price and cost system error issue follow up with HQ IT

       - New retail customer code set up

       - Purchase order creation/registration for License products

       - Seasonal re-order and replenishment

       - Flash order for special project

4. Swatches Management

       - collecting information concerning GB standard compliant products

       - Selecting the items for swatching collection for HQ

       - Receiving-dividing-shipping the swathes to laboratories, result of tests collection

       - Reselect the items if tested at HQ and chase the undelivered items before the beginning of seasons

       - Clean the failed item orders and communication with HQ

       - Manage all the information from the orders and update for cancelling and replacing the failed items.

5. Others

       - Seasonal samples arrangement

       - Creation Vendor code in ST3 for new Supplier Company

Requirement

1.     Major in Logistics Management or related disciplines

2.     Minimum 2 years of solid experience of warehouse management, freight forwarding and shipping operation.        Background in fashion or garment is an advantage.

3.     Candidates MUST be:
- Good in communication and presentation skill
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with MS Excel and MS Word

- Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork-oriented

- Able to work under pressure and independent as required
