工作职责

1、 制作动效，用于发布微信公众号、抖音等Social平台；

2、 设计方案执行落地：包括MG动画、界面动效、空间转场、产品展示等动画效果。

3、 参与前期动效研究、设计流行趋势分析；

4、 能独立完成动效方案构思、计划、分镜设计、动效制作等全流程，对视频创意、动画、音效质感、节奏率、色彩等方面有良好的把握。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历，动画、美术、平面设计、广告等相关专业；

2、 精通FLASH,AE等动画设计软件，熟悉动画制作流程，会使用C4D或3DMAX、MAYA者优先；

3、 掌握Premiere具有视频后期剪辑能力者优先；

4、 工作执着，责任心强，具有团队合作精神，积极进取。
