What we will do:
Sell-in management

1) Review sales performance / inventory status for sales forecast and planning

2) Support Trade Show and Oversee sell-in per assortment plan execution

Account management

3) Work with Head of KAM & VP-Head of Wholesale to develop new business opportunities and formulate business expansion plan

4) Negotiate trading terms and promotional activities

5) Manage, maintain and optimize Wholesale customers performance

6) Conduct store visits and gather market intelligence

7) Prepare sales performance reports for management review

8) Evaluate performance of Regional accounts, promote and replace accounts when needed

9) Follow up new contract and renewal with franchisee and legal team

10) Set return and rebate target by franchisee

Franchisee operation support for sell through

11) Monitor regional customers to achieve store standards and align with operation manual

12) Lead regional team (MM, VM, Marketing, Planning) to resolve customer (esp. key accounts) problems, assist franchisee to enhance professional ability and build up proper operational structure

What you will need:

1) 6 years of working experience with at least 3 years in franchisee operation and account management in fashion apparel industry

2) Good network and relationship with franchisees

3) Excellent negotiation and communication skills

4) Willing to travel within designated region
