职位描述
Major Task:
Responsible for B2B direct sales quota with prioritizing project sales development and meanwhile support on B2B sales from our direct stores and franchise stores in your sales territory.
Responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients, creating and following business leads to meet the sales targets in project sales.
Fully focus on the major sales channels and segments including A&D, developer, office, residential and hospitality.
Sales result-oriented, track weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast, actual and target sales, orders, business development and opportunities.
Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients and relationships to achieve sales targets. Closely observe and monitor competitor’s activities; report trends and identify potential projects
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and trade partners, e.g. developers, A&D in order to build project sales business.
Manage the bid negotiations, coordination and preparation of tender documents and general sales reports.
Finish periodic reports to your line manager.
Good team works sense on all tasks in-between teams.
Experience and Education:
College degree (or above) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines.
Over 5 years’ sales experience in related industry in a direct business
relationship (not rely on intermediaries).Good communication and negotiation skills.
Quick leaner and good sense of “can do” working mentality.
Strong passion on design-oriented products and interior decoration materials industry.
Full awareness of premium branding.
Able to work independently, team player with a positive and flexible working attitude is preferred.
Good presenter to the public.
Strong skills on PC, MS, ERP.
Willingness to travel.
