  Job Purpose Summary:   

 

  

• To develop and implement new products based on global launch excellent process.

  

 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

  

 

  

• Close corporation with TianJin & Global R&D teams, to develop and implement new products based on global launch excellent process.

• Implement new raw material and new products in system.

• Generate recipe for new color product, Setup new product standard, raw Material standard, technical guideline/procedure for production

• Assist F&B team to handle complaints regarding product quality, analyze reason of the problem and make improvement on the product.

• Assist purchase dept to exam raw material suppliers from technical point of view.

• Guide QA and Production (Tianjin Plant) for new color product production and Inspection.

• Job will involve some travel activities for important customer projects and for interaction with the global Product Development Colors group.

• Prioritization of tasks according to the F&B RIM, APMEAF and to Color Division priorities and strategies.

• Ability to well communicate and interact with various levels and dimensions of the CH organization

• Basic understanding of customer requirements towards colors in final applications

• Good project management skill

          

 

  

Qualification & Experience:

  

• With excellent English skills in writing and speaking

• M.Sc. in Food Science or similar educational background

• Min. 5 years experience within color formulation, emulsion technologies, beverage development or “Oriental colors” such as Lac, Monascus, Gardenia, Spirulina  and/or other similar experience
