Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating models and renderings of spaces, objects and production items in order to give prospective clients a realistic visual idea of concepts and layouts within their budget requirements.

1. Establishes directions for materials and finishes.

1. Once projects move into production, the 3D designer should develop the designs, provide ready-to-use drawings for the agency’s vendors and contribute to a smooth execution (factory & event site quality checks, etc.) The job may require making last-minute modifications in order to keep customers as happy as possible.

1. Stays up-to-date on market trends and research in terms of style, materials & manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

1. Position open to Chinese nationals & foreign applicants eligible to a Work-VISA.

2. A bachelor degree in design required.

3. At least 2 years full time design experience in at an international event/exhibition/advertisement agency required. Can own the design process from start to finish.

4. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Auto CAD, Rhino/Maya or similar 3D and rendering software. Profound knowledge of aesthetics and has great sense about it.

5. Fluent English required (spoken and written), Chinese is a plus.

6. Ability to work in a team, Responsible to be held accountable for tasks.

7. Can be tough against adversity and tight deadlines.

8. Great with details.

9. Honest.

10. Potential to develop a passion for event management.
