    Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager & Copywriter will play a key role in setting the tone of voice for Riviera Events and Stelliers, in both English and Chinese – Mandarin.

They shall assist (but not limited to) with the following:

• Write clear, concise and grammatically correct communications for both Riviera Events and Stelliers
• Manage the communications schedule for both Riviera Events and Stelliers across relevant platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent voice of the company for our international and local audience 
• Liase with the planning team to interpret their client’s event briefs and write compelling copy to publish on our channels
• Have your finger on the pulse and keep up to date with popular news and trends around China and worldwide
• Familiarise yourself with the target audience for Riviera Events and follow marketing trends and competitor’s activities 
• Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the design team for key visuals for Riviera Events and Stelliers 
• Work with the design team to create original copy and slogans for client proposals
• Maintain the agency’s archive of event photos

Qualifications & abilities

1.       Bachelor degree

2.      Fluent in English

3.      Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English

4.      An advanced level of Chinese Mandarin is desirable

5.       Understanding of Adobe Photoshop or other design softwares is desirable

6.      An eye for detail

7.       Ability to work in a team, as well as taking on tasks independently

8.       Self-motivated and organised
