岗位职责：
1． Season forecast & Monthly Sales forecast for distributor and sales.
为销售团队和经销商提供年度/季度/月度销售预测
2． Develop the dealer and sales analysis system to effectively manage distributor or sales performance.
通过建立经销商或销售分析体系，有效进行经销商或销售绩效管理
3． Accuracy of collected information, insightful information analysis.
确保收集的信息准确，深入分析信息。
4． Assist commercial director to establish and improve business management system and process to ensure the standardization and efficiency of sales business.
协助商业总监建立完善商务管理制度和流程，保证销售业务开展的规范性和高效性
5． Ensure right sales report and new build suitable report based on requirements and provide the basic data for the crossing department to enhance the effective operation.
确保业务数据及主数据的准确性，为各部门提供基础数据，增强有效运作
6． Optimize the sales process to improve overall efficiency of operation.
优化流程，提高公司整体运营效率
7． Complete company projects and the sales system building.
完成公司项目及系统搭建
8． Cooperate with finance team about monthly cut-off day data timely and accurately.
与财务团队合作，及时准确的完成每月截止日期的数据。
9． Other tasks assigned by leaders.
上级交代的其他工作。

任职资格：
1.Diploma or Bachelor degree, majored in business management related and with more than 5 years of solid experience in machine industry of sales operation Knowledge
全日制本科及以上学历，企业管理、工商管理相关专业，5年以上制造业相关经验；
2.Has the ability to plan and execute

3.Excellent numerical, reporting, analysis skills
优秀的数字、报告、分析能力；
4.Good communication & interpersonal skills
良好的沟通及社交能力；
5.Detail focused and service orientation
注重细节和服务导向；
6.Good team player and be able to multi-task

7.Proficiency in Office Software.
熟练使用Excel、 PowerPoint；
8.Familiar with data analysis methods and tools, business knowledge
