【岗位职责】

- 熟悉物流自动化产品的应用前景、市场需求、产品特性及需求行业

- 负责公司渠道代理的市场开拓，完成公司制定的年度代理商拓展指标

- 协助渠道拓展高级经理定期对潜在渠道代理商进行走访

- 协助渠道拓展高级经理，配合财务、法务对潜在渠道代理商进行资质审核

- 协助渠道拓展高级经理，对通过审核的渠道代理商，启动内部流程，进行信息录入

- 协助渠道拓展高级经理，对通过审核的渠道代理商，进行代理服务合同谈判、签约

- 根据代理商管理机制实际运行情况，完善并优化现有代理商管理流程

- 协助渠道拓展高级经理，根据代理商实际运行情况，进行年度KPI考核，并根据考核情况推进代理商升降级

【任职要求】

- 本科及以上学历，2年-6年相关工作经验；同行业优先

- 了解并且熟知AGV、FLV、ASRS等物流自动化产品

- 具备良好的需求分析和商务谈判能力，可以完成代理商服务合同谈判；

- 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强；

- 具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

- 愿意接受压力和挑战，追求目标和结果，认可公司渠道拓展理念，愿与公司同发展；

- 思维逻辑清晰，同时具备较强的学习能力。

- 语言/书面表达能力强，英语流利。

- 可自行引入渠道代理资源者优先考虑。
