1. 制定公司财务管理、预算管理、会计核算等财务制度，并监督各项制度的执行；

2. 组织公司的会计核算、财务预算的编制和财务报表的汇总、审核，确保财务信息的准确性、及时性；

3. 组织对公司的财务指标进行分析、评估，为公司的经营决策提供数据支撑，并为公司绩效考核体系的实施提供事实依据；

4. 组织制定公司资金运作与调配流程，制定融、筹资方案，并组织执行；

5. 制定和完善部门内部工作计划、管理制度、工作流程、财务预算等，确保部门工作有序、高效、协调、规范。

任职要求：

1.本科以上，3-5年财务管理经验，具有贸易公司全盘账务处理经验

2.熟悉出口退税操作

3.熟悉上海和无锡的税务政策和法规

4.立信会计学校优先

5.有外贸财务经验的优先
