Position name: Calliduscloud SPM consultant

Experience required for the Job: 3 + years

Job Location: Shanghai in China

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field

2. 3+ years of experience working with CallidusCloud Sales Performance Management (SPM)

3. Lead routine conference calls and participate in client-facing meetings, detail action items and follow through on tasks

4. Develop, enhance and optimize existing reports and data interfaces using SPM Methodology

5. Leverage knowledge of data preparation activities such as extraction, cleansing, aggregation and data analysis

6. Generate, validate, publish and deliver reports as per the business requirement

7. Respond to incident and service requests as per the defined SLAs

8. Monitor and maintain batch jobs and source data load

9. Develop SPM templates and utilities for data cleansing and reporting

10. Work on break-fixes and enhancement requests

11. Develop documentation for delivered solution

12. Assist in solution testing and UAT for clients

13. The candidate must have good troubleshooting skills and be able to think through issues and problems in a logical manner

14. The candidate must be willing and able to work on ad hoc reporting requests, maintain data quality of production and ad-hoc Reports

15. Prior experience on client supporting roles and issues identification and debugging would be an added advantage
