岗位职责

Responsibilities：
？ Preparation of Requisition, Technical Specification and Data Sheet
？ Provide input to Equipment Layout, Equipment List, 3D model, Design Basis and Material Handling Study
？ Carry out Technical Bid Evaluation, Technical Clarification and Recommendation Report
？ Conduct Vendor Data Review/Comment and participate in site inspection and FAT.
？ Review of documents and drawings as per discipline deliverable list
？ Prepare estimates for bid proposals, including technical query review and response;
？ Input to lessons learnt, supervise and training of junior engineers and peers;
？ Ability to provide engineering solutions/ recommendations
？ Liaise with client’s mechanical engineer and with Classification society on static equipment matter
任职要求

？ Bachelor Degree and above, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing
？ More than 15 years’ experience with major contractor or consultant predominantly performing detail design for marine/offshore or onshore facilities
？ Conversant with international codes and standards, statutory and regulatory specifications.
？ Core technical skills on design, engineering, fabrication, procurement, inspection and testing of static equipment including tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers (plate, shell and tube and air cooled) and cold box
？ In depth knowledge of ASME, PD5500, TEMA, API, WRC 107 and WRC 297 etc.
？ Perform pressure vessel calculations and checking vendor’s pressure vessel calculations
？ Ability to interface with other disciplines for carry out activities related to static equipment engineering.
？ Experience in Conceptual, FEED and EPCC projects.
？ Ability to lead effective meetings and negotiate term to benefit organization.
？ Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
？ Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, PVElite, COMPRESS, HTRI
？ Work location Shanghai, short term assignment based on project requirement
