工作职责

此岗位需要翻班（早班和中班）
Major responsibilities:

1. Responsible for quality inspection and monitoring of shop quality self-inspection system according to related QCP, QIP, inspection WI, shop travellers, engineering drawings and shop quality self-inspection system requirement. And also responsible for quality records for arising inspections, inspection status labelling management and statistic collection of shop quality self-inspection works.
严格按照质量控制计划，检验计划，检验作业指导书, 工艺流程卡，产品图纸或车间质量自检系统的要求，进行检验与监视车间质量自检系统运行的有效性，并作好质量检验记录、检验状态标识工作以及车间质量自检系统统计工作
2. Responsible for NCR report quickly initiated when any quality deviation identified and transfer the NCR report to responsible program IE engineer in an hour for later NCR review. And also responsible for follow-up verification and closing for reworked or repaired parts ASAP.
对检验过程中识别的任何不合格零件，立即填写NCR报告，并在1小时内交给工艺工程师进行处理。并负责对不合格零件返工返修后的情况尽快进行跟踪验证与关闭。
3. Responsible for on-going monitoring for quality conformance of operators. Report to his managers if any deviation identified.
对作业人员遵守质量纪律的情况进行监督。如有发现，立即向经理汇报。
4. Responsible for 5S/EHS management in inspection areas and on-going maintenance for gauges and quality records under his control. And also responsible for compiling daily inspection report every day.
负责检验工作区域的5S/EHS管理，维护自己保管的量具与记录, 并负责每天按时填写检验日报。
5．Participate any kaizen continual improvement plans of process capability and 5S/EHS management in the machining inspection processes.
积极参加检验工作区域的过程改进与5S/EHS改善工作。
6．Any agreed-to works by his supervisors and managers.
上级安排其它的工作。

任职资格

Requirement profile:

Technological school or above and major in mechanical or metal materials.
中专或以上，机械类或材料类专业。

Quality inspection.
质量检验。
         
More than 1 year.
1年以上。

In the medium or large manufacturing field, especially in equipment industry.
在中大型制造型企业， 尤其在设备制造行业。

Defined competencies:

1． Enough mechanical knowledge and casting practices.
       具备足够的机械知识与铸造知识。
2．At least 2 years working experience in machining manufacturing workshop or foundry.
      具有2年以上机械加工车间或铸造车间现场检验工作经历。
3．Skilled in computer. 熟悉使用电脑。
4．Basic knowledge of 5S/EHS knowledge and practices。
      具备5S/EHS管理基础知识与经验。
