JOB SCOPE

    

• Contribute to the definition of visual charts and messages associated with the brands
• Manage the designer(s) and Art Director(s)
• Provide accurate visual as appropriate by conducting brand and/or product research applying consistent style and message across brand documents
• Contribute to the design of campaigns on artistic aspects
• Work closely with the Creative Team, Account Team, BI Team and the client
• Guarantee the creative visual at each step: designing, implementing and presenting to client
• Coordinates and monitors the development of campaigns: respecting the creative process, quality and timeframe especially
• Attitude for perfect and excellent art quality
• Excellent communication skills to well present the campaigns to the Client
• Have a sense for open mind, learning new art skills and explore new performance

                                            

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

• 4+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency
• Have an excellent art quality sense
• Detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced working environment
• Good English and Chinese level
• Proficiency in all kinds of design software, strong art skills
• Good communications skills
