Major Responsibilities/主要职责

    

1. 根据公司SOP文件以及方针进行相关的清关手续以及与公司其它部门通力协作；

    

Implement customs clearance according to company supply chain requirement and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines.

    

2. 协助物流部经理进行第三方服务提供商(运输代理，报关公司等)的选择,管理,控制及评估;

    

Assist Manager-Logistics to proceed with selecting, managing, controlling, and evaluating third-party logistics service providers such as agent, customs broker etc.

    

3. 设定报关公司的工作程序

    

Set up and review working procedure of customs broker

    

4. 培养及维护同海关以及其他部门的关系．

    

Maintain relationships with customs and other vital government organizations

    

5. 确保满足所有政府的规定，计划和监控进出口操作以确保清关的高效．　

    

Plan and supervise the import and export operations to achieve a high productivity of customs clearance performance while being compliant with all government rules and regulations.

    

6. 相关报关单证准备及海关许可证的申请．

    

Documentation preparation and the related customs license application.

    

7. 保税仓库的系统管理及账务管理．

    

Bonded warehouse system management and account management.

    

8. 运输计划的安排及调度。

    

Transportation，planning and arrangement.

    

9. ERP系统的实施及执行。

    

EPR system implementation.

    

10. 配合财务处理总公司和子公司财务系统账务管理；

    

Coordinate with account to handle head company and branch company account issue.

    

11. 规划并实施年度部门预算，实现成本控制;

    

Plan and implement annual budget approved by the board for the sake of cost control

    

12. 成本,预算,花费的月,年度报告;

    

Report monthly, yearly report related to cost, budget, and expense.

    

13. 掌握最新的海关政策;

    

Keep up to date with customs' policy.

    

14. 对于公司出台的政策以及规定，主动全面的了解，并全力配合。

    

Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company.
