工作职责：

1、转接电话，做好来电咨询，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏，不延误；
2、接待来访客人，并及时通报相关部门，合理安排会议室的使用；
3、收发传真、信件、快递、报纸、杂志、物业相关通知，并及时转交/通知相关人员；
4、采购&管理办公用品(文具、饮用水等)，负责协调联系维护打印机、传真机、复印机、办公室内灯具等办公器材；
5、开通新员工入职所需门禁考勤卡以及电话；
6、统计考勤；
7、酒店、火车票、飞机票预定，安排会议；
8、协助办理外籍员工工作居留证件的延期；协助外籍员工租房事宜；
9、协助行政人员完成工作；

10、按时完成上级和公司领导交办的其他行政工作。

任职要求：
1、 专科或以上学历。

2、 英文良好，普通话标准。

3、 工作认真细致，热情主动，有很强的责任心。
4、 良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力；具有较强的团队合作精神。
5、 处理事情有条理，理解及执行能力较强。
6、 熟练使用MS OFFICE办公软件。
