工作职责：

1）处理service order,并发送给相应客户；
2）收到服务工程师需求，审核相应需求;
3) 确认库存，安排报关发货;
4）如无，申请向生产厂家下单；
5） 货物抵达安排报关，
6) 货物发出之后，及时通知客户及服务工程部门;
7) 协调跟进库存状况，及时做保税和完税仓库的移库清关工作；
8) 及时申请关税增税的支付;

9) 订单等信息及时录入SAP系统;

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历；国际贸易、商务英语、物流等相关专业；女性优先考虑；上海本地户口优先考虑；

2. 有SAP的操作经验；
3. 5年以上外贸跟单相关领域工作经验，机械行业更佳；
4. 熟悉进出口业务操作流程，熟悉进出口货物运输协调及相关注意事项；
5. 相当于英语4级水平，良好的英语听说读写能力，亲和的沟通表达能力，独立处理工作能力强；

6. 有3年报关经验；
7. 诚实敬业，有强烈的抗压性和责任心，团队精神佳,做事积极耐心细致,能吃苦
