Essential responsibilities:
1.China Telecom bill of 3G/Telephone/Network management and apply payment
2.China Mobile bill management and apply payment
3.Printer bill management and apply payment
4.IT fixed asset management with IT engineer
5.Improve and execute IT fixed asset apply and purchase process
6.Provide administrative support IT team in China, including meeting organization, travel arrangement, expense report preparation, IT report preparation, Share-point site administration, IT communication newsletters/posts
7.Maintain appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriate time, coordinating with internal and external contacts as needed
8.Play as an important role on office activities
9.Provide support to IT visitors out of region
10.Other admin issues assigned by the team leader

Skills / Knowledge and Ability:
1.Excellent spoken and written English
2.Good communication skills and coordination skills
3.Highly proficient in using MS office tool, especially on Calendar Scheduling/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Word
4.Excellent time management and able to handle multi-tasks well
5.Stable, reliable, flexible
6.Work independently with team spirit
