1. Partner with corporate business(Fin/Pur/Logistics,etc) to develop company SAP long term strategy which complies with enterprise architecture;

2. Develop and update SAP product & technology roadmaps;

3. Propose solution architecture recommendations together with IT architect;

4. Create and own SAP multiple years business plan and delivery plan;

5. Lead RFI and RFQ as well as solution-presentations to business and conduct ROI analysis as needed;

6. Working with internal and external resources, to lead SAP implementation including requirement analysis, solution design, project implementation, test, training;

7. To define SAP operation support model;

8. Effectively set product target associated with business trend/demand to reach the optimal level;

9. Good understanding on new technology trend to ensure appropriate integration with
corporate architecture design.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. At least 8 year experience in Auto Industry SAP solution and deployment；

2. Deep understanding of various SAP modules (PP/MM/FICO/SD)；

3. Rich hands-on experience in SAP implementation, consulting experience is a plus；

4. Good experience in Auto OEM SAP solution design and development；

5. Good understanding of Auto OEM business processes, OTD experience is a plus；

6. The ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders to understand customers business objectives and system requirements；

7. Effective communication skill to both technical and business audiences in a written and oral manner；

8. Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work；

9. Ability to manage multiple activities.
