1. Manage IT program by performing the standard or Agile project management methodology.

2. Align all elements of the program and coordinate to ensure effective delivery of the solution included in program.

3. Define and manage program scope, develop detailed plans and monitor progress, adjusting resources and priorities as required.

4. Define and create appropriate program governance model.

5. Develop communication plans and provide timely and appropriate project information to program team, management team and stakeholders.

6. Identify, assess and mitigate program risks, drives resolution of issues.

7. Manage program budget, including planning, actual and forecast financials.

8. Manage and execute project quality assurance.

9. Coach others in the field of Project Management.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. At least 7 years’ experience in project/program management, Auto industry experience is a plus.

2. Strong knowledge of program management methodology, such as waterfall, agile, etc. Familiar with common program management tools.

3. Ability to identify and manage key risks and issues.

4. Excellent communication and internal customer management skills.

5. Good people and commercial sense with rich experience in business engagement.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Takes ownership and accountability for assigned work.

8. Ability to manage multiple activities.
