职位描述
1.完成公司下达的年度生产指标，做好生产及资金预算，并执行；
2.完善生产工艺，降低生产成本；
3.负责本部门各个岗位人员的合理配置，以保证生产的正常进行；
4.遵守公司质量管理方面的各项规定，执行公司的质量方针和目标。
5.对每批产品的生产记录、检验记录等进行审核，保证内容真实，数据完整，并及时归档；
6.组织部门内员工的业务培训，提高业务水平，确保操作和自检的准确性；并根据质量体系的要求组织培训，提高员工的质量意识；
7.参与产品改进及质量改进工作，与其他部门协调，落实产品改进及质量改进方案；
8.负责本部门的安全生产工作，防止生产质量事故的发生；
9.完成上级交待的其他事宜。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上，有5-10年以上的生产部门同岗位的管理经验。
2、精通精益生产管理、5S管理等方法，提高过程的能力和稳定性、提高过程或产品的稳健性。
3、有效保证生产计划的完成。
4、有计划管理经验及能力，有团队精神、沟通能力强、有较强的工作执行力和部门间协调能力。
