（1）Job Description 工作职责：

1. 质量实验室管理，包括实验室检验设备维护，质量标准文件的制定、更新及执行，技术员的培训等
2. 供应商质量管理，包括供应商的开发、评估，定期对供应商提供的产品及制造过程进行质量审核，保证产品和过程质量审核中发现的不符合项获得有效的纠正；进货检验的实施，建立并维护供应商质量数据库
3. 客户投诉情况的调查、原因分析，包括与原厂(DMT)的沟通，制定并跟踪相应的纠正预防措施；随时提出质量改进计划，持续改进产品和制造过程的质量，提高顾客满意
4. 质量经理要求的其他相关工作

（2）Qualification 任职资格：

1. 机械或材料类工程专业，本科学历
2. ISO9001内审员
3. 有英语沟通能力

（3）Experience 经验：

1. 3年以上质量管理相关工作经验
2. 供应商质量管理相关工作经验
