Job Responsibilities:
Assist to the Service Dept. Manager for daily routine management work:
Quotation and place an order;
Maintain and update in time the monthly attendance statistics;
Assist in the Internal and external training;
ERP system input for Service dept.;
Assist to Service Engineer for business trip arrangement;
Some other supporting work.

Requirements:
Over 2 years working experience and at least 1 year experience as a mechanical assistant or mechanical translation, Mechanical industry background is preferred.;
Familiar with ERP system;
Good English skill, both written and spoken English, especially the spoken English must be fluent;
Good Microsoft Office skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good communication skill;
Optimism and positive personal characteristics

工作职责Responsibilities：
1. 根据客户需求，提供服务部订单报价及下订单；
2. 服务部人员的考勤及统计；
3. 协助服务部人员的内训及外训；
4. 协助客户的维护及开发；
5. 完成服务部经理交待的其他任务；

岗位要求Qualifications：
1. 大专以上学历，机械理工类专业；
2. 2-3年以上部门助理、市场营销或客户开发工作经验，有工程机械行业工作经验优先考虑；
3. 具有良好的英语沟通能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通及组织协调能力，团队合作精神；
5、做事严谨，有责任心，执行能力强，有一定的承压能力。
