Job Responsibilities:
Assist to the sales dep. manager for daily routine management work
Translation sales materials of machinery industry,machinery industry working experience is preferred.
Preparing for and participating in sales exhibitions.
Documentation for sales dept.
ERP system input for sales dept.
Assist to sales engineer for business trip arrangement
Sales analysis.
Some other sales supporting work.
Requirements:
Over 3 years working experience and at least 1 year experience as a mechanical assistant or mechanical translation, Mechanical industry background is preferred.
Familiar with ERP system.
Good English skill, both written and spoken English,especially the spoken English must be fluent.
Good Microsoft Office skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skill
Optimism and positive personal characteristics
