职位描述
岗位工作概述:
协助部门经理全面负责公司人力资源管理和行政工作,根据公司发展战略,建立并不断完善人力资源管理体系,为公司提供和培养合格的人才,确保人力资源战略目标的实现,为公司的发展提供相应的行政后勤服务, 提高员工满意度。
工作职责:
1) 协助部门经理建立畅通的沟通渠道,提高员工关怀度和满意度,及时了解员工的想法和意见
- 组织员工交流活动,积极听取员工建议、意见,及时发现问题,并反馈给相关部门,制定相应改进措施,并监督实施情况,保持与员工的沟通。
- 组织员工满意度调查活动,收集数据,编制报告,与员工沟通,组织制定改进措施,跟踪实施实施。
- 受理所分管职责领域的员工投诉,向经理汇报,调查后落实相关部门解决。
- 沟通工作的不断改进
2)协助建立和宣传企业文化,组织安排公司各种活动
3)协助建立完整、可实施、有效的招聘流程,确保招聘工作的质量、效率
- 通过有效的渠道发布招聘信息,组织实施内、外部招聘,组织、主持人员面试工作,选拔、及人员录用工作。
- 相关报表的完成、更新,保管。
4) 组织培训
- 每年组织培训需求的调查,收集、汇总、形成培训计划,提交部门经理审核。
- 培训实施前期的要求调查;培训机构调查、选择,组织培训。
- 培训效果的评估、反馈,并完成相关培训记录,保存。
- 编制培训相关报告、记录、更新、存档。
5)协助完善绩效考核,跟踪考核结果。
6) 组织公司日常人事管理工作
- 根据地方要求,负责相关人事数据的统计、完成相关人事报表。
- 负责相关人事档案管理工作。
- 负责所分管招聘部门员工劳动合同签订、续签、终止、解除与保管工作,并审核合同的合法性、合规性等。
- 处理员工投诉及劳动仲裁/争议事宜。
- 为公司相关信息做好保密工作。
- 协助经理制定本公司人力资源相关规章制度和程序,并监督执行。
7) 其它
- 完成部门经理安排的其它工作并及时复命。
- 以身作则,协助部门经理营造良好的工作氛围,与部门内员工建立良好的关系。
- 发扬团队合作精神,与其他员工建立并保持良好的合作关系。
- 与公司外部相关业务部门相互配合合作,建立并保持良好的业务关系。
- 负责公司的行政后勤服务工作。

- 专科及以上学历,2年以上工作经验外资制造型企业人力资源领域人事领域相关经验。
- 具备人力资源管理知识,掌握劳动法规,社会保障制度。
- 较强的沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力;公文写作能力。

Post Job Summary:
Assist the department manager responsible for leading a comprehensive human resources management and administration, according to the company development strategy; set up and improve human resources management system; train qualified personnel to ensure the organization development of the company; provide administrative support services and improve the employee satisfaction.
1) Assists HR Manager to set up good communication channel, know people’s thinking and advice timely.
- Assists HR Manager to set up good communication channel to know employee thinking and advices.
- Organizes activities about employee communication, listens to the people’s suggestions, advices, finds & reflects the problem timely, makes corrective action plan, organize execution and follow, keep communication with the employee.
- Organizes employee satisfaction survey, collects data, make report, communicates with the people, make corrective action plan, follow implementation.
-Deals with employee appeal from responsible area, reports to the manager, and investigates and solves.
2) Asisst HR Manager to set up and promote company culture organizes company activities.
3) Organizes activity about recruitment
- Assists HR Manager to set up recruitment process that is completed, executive and effective to guarantee recruitment achievement with good quality and effectiveness.
- Distributes recruitment advertisement through good channel, organizes internal & external recruitment activity, interview, selection and employment.
- Completes related form, updates and files.
4) Be responsible for training.
- Organizes training needs investigation each year, training plan collection, summary and making, submits to the manager for review.
- Pre-survey before training, training organization investigation, selection and training organization.
- Training effectiveness evaluation, feedback, and completes related training records, files.
- Makes related training report, records, updates and files.
5) Assist HR Manager to conduct performance appraisal and conduct performance improvement
6) Assists HR Manager on personnel management.
- According to local bureau requirements, completes personnel data statistic and related reports.
- Be responsible for personnel file management.
- Organizes to sign employment agreement with the people, agreement renew and termination, file agreement, and review agreement legally and adaptability.
- Assists HR Manager to organize personnel management.
- To help managers deal with employee complaints and labor arbitration / dispute matters;
- According to relevant laws and regulations, for non-Foreign Service employee's personnel procedures (entry, positive, sign, renew
- For the company confidential information to do the work
- Responsible for the administration and logistics service
7) Others.
- Complete other jobs required by HR Manager.
- Assists dept. manager to create good working environment, develop good relation within the dept.
- Team work, develop good relation with other dept. people.
- Cooperates with external business partner, and develop & keep good relationship.
Qualification:
- College or above, major in human resources management or related major, over 2-years working experiences in recruitment, training field of human resource within manufacture enterprise of the JV or WOFE.
- Be familiar with human resource management knowledge, labor law and insurance system regulation.
- Good skill of communication, coordination, organization, and composition.
- Strong skill on problem finding, analysis, and solving.
- Good team player, strong skill on solidarity, strong responsibility, open mind, and self-motivated, can take high work pressure..
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Proficient in office software (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
