What do we expect you to do?
? Design and build data model for BI system

? Build up internal data mining capability

职位要求：
What do we want you to have?
We hope that you will have:
? 3+ years’ experience in statistics, data analysis, good communication skills.
? Familiar with one programming language (Python，C++，JAVA, Scala etc.).
? Familiar with big data technology Hadoop / Hive / Spark / Flink / HBASE / Sqoop / Zookeeper / Storm etc.
? Experience in data modelling, data mining for retail business preferred.
? Familiar with data cleansing, machine learning.
? Good written, analytical and communications skills in both Chinese and English.
? Strong attention to details, meticulous, organized and discipline.
? Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
? A team player, have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
? Strong interest to develop career as retail solution professional.

? 统计学、计算机、通信相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上工作经验，具备良好的沟通能力
? 熟悉一门主流编程语言（Python，C++，JAVA, Scala等）
? 熟悉大数据体系技术，熟悉Hadoop / Hive / Spark / Flink / HBASE / Sqoop / Zookeeper / Storm等相关技术
? 对数据有较高的敏感性，擅于数据挖掘和分析问题，有数据分析和数据建模实际项目经验
? 熟悉零售行业的应用算法模型者优先
? 熟悉数据处理、数据分析、数据挖掘、机器学习等背景知识
? 良好的中英文书面、口头、分析和沟通能力
? 注重细节，一丝不苟，纪律性强
? 能够独立工作，并具有良好的主动性
? 在团队中能够发挥所长，并且和同事形成友好互助的工作氛围
? 希望在零售行业有长远发展并对成为行业技术专家有热忱
