What do we want you to have?
We hope that you will have:
? 8+ years experience in Java development Familiar with one programming language (Python,C++,JAVA, Scala etc.).
? Familiar with big data technology Hadoop / Hive / Spark/Flink/HBASE /Sqoop/Zookeeper/Storm etc.
? Familiar with Spring Cloud micro service framework.
? Familiar with Spring Cloud micro service framework.
? Familiar with application development in MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server , knowledge in database performance optimization
? Familiar with Java development tools like SVN、IntelliJ、MAVEN、Eclipse、Git etc.
? Familiar with middleware software like RabbitMQ、Kafka etc.
? Familiar with ElasticSearch、Solor.
? Experience in MongoDB、Redis, angular/vue/react、Nodejs、H5/Javascript etc.
? Experience in eCommerce software and big development projects.
? Experience in software desight and good in documentation
? Good written, analytical and communications skills in both Chinese and English.
? Strong attention to details, meticulous, organized and discipline.
? Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
? A team player, have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
? Strong interest to develop career as retail solution professional.

? 8年以上JAVA编程经验
? 精通JAVA编程，熟练运用Spring Boot, SpringMVC、dubbo等框架
? 熟悉Spring Cloud微服务框架
? 熟练掌握MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server应用开发，熟悉数据库原理和性能优化
? 熟练应用Java集成开发环境，能熟练使用SVN、IntelliJ、MAVEN、Eclipse、Git等工具
? 熟悉消息中间件，RabbitMQ、Kafka等，有相关实践经验
? 熟悉ElasticSearch、Solor 搜索服务器应用开发，有实际搜索开发经验
? 熟练掌握MongoDB、Redis等NoSQL数据库应用开发，有实际开发经验
? 熟练掌握并会使用以下一种或多种技术：angular/vue/react、Nodejs、H5/Javascript等
? 有电商平台、ERP、CMS、CRM、OA、工作流引擎开发经验
? 参与过中大型项目的工作经验，熟悉并能遵守软件工程个阶段的工作
? 参与过用户需求调研、需求分析、软件设计等文档的编写
? 良好的中英文书面、口头、分析和沟通能力
? 注重细节，一丝不苟，纪律性强
? 能够独立工作，并具有良好的主动性
? 在团队中能够发挥所长，并且和同事形成友好互助的工作氛围
