What do we expect you to do?
? Oversee the technical development of IT solution
? Oversee the quality of software and be responsible for acceptance check
? Give technical guide to software development project
? Be responsible for technical design of self-developed software
? Lead developers (including own employees and outsourced staff) in day-to-day work

职位要求：
What do we want you to have?
We hope that you will have:
? 10+ years software development experience in Java.
? Experience in leading development project.
? Familiar with big data, micro service and the development methodology.
? Experience with software development in retail business.
? Experience in requirement analysis and software design.
? Familiar with QA standard like CMMI.
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Good written, analytical and communications skills in both Chinese and English.
? Strong attention to details, meticulous, organized and discipline.
? Able to work independently, self-driven and with good initiatives.
? A team player, have a friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
? Strong interest to develop career as retail solution professional.

? 10年以上Java开发经验
? 具备Lead developer的技术经验
? 了解大数据、微服务、NoSQL等相关技术原理和开发流程
? 具备中、大型电商、零售项目的工作经验，熟悉软件工程中各阶段的工作
? 参与并领导过用户的需求调研、需求分析、软件设计等环节
? 熟悉CMMi等质量体系标准，并有相关工作经验
? 具备良好的沟通和协调能力
? 良好的中英文书面、口头、分析和沟通能力

? 能够独立工作，并具有良好的主动性
