Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to maintain continuous improvement of product and/or service quality while granting highest priority to safety and protection of health of our employees, our customers and the general public, as well as protecting the environment.

Ensure Regional Harmonization while Creating and Maintaining all QA related site Programs

support various audits (big customers, SC license, Halal...) where necessary.

Be proactively involve in customer compliant, troubleshooting and ensure thorough root cause analysis and solid CAPA to be implemented

Ensure deployment of QA Network Initiatives in a timely manner and report all Best Practices identified to the QA Network or the Global QA team. Create site and Regional QA Performance Plans

Become an lead investigator to assist and validate critical non-conformance investigations and corrective actions. Act as an internal validation for customer responses to root cause investigations and customer assessment reports.

Requirement:

10+ years (or equivalent in Technical education/knowledge) related experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry). Technical QA experience within Quality in a related environment,

Must be Organized, Thorough and attentive to Details and strong Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability

Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Good Management skills with some experience of professional development of self and teams
