岗位职责：

1、负责与华为原厂产品经理沟通，维护好与厂商产品经理的关系，配合华为产品经理以及内部销售进行华为视频监控产品的项目交流、产品选型报价、方案制作、招投标工作、以及测试 。

2、负责华为视频监控等产品解决方案讲解、渠道培训工作

3、发掘视频监控项目、视频会议项目机会、运作支持项目、根据客户需求，匹配华为视频监控或视频会议产品优势。

1、大专及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、电气自动化相关专业优先。 

2、有系统集成方案设计经验（监控方向），如果有视频监控厂商认证证书或售前经验者优先考虑

3、熟悉弱电子系统相关产品及集成方案设计规程，有较强的系统集成方案设计能力，熟悉系统集成工程招投标流程，能独立编制大型系统的投标方案

4、具有良好的沟通表达能力，能对具体项目进行投标、讲标及答疑，与甲方技术交流无障碍

5、工作适应强，沟通表达、语言文字、组织协调、再学习等综合能力强

6、熟悉监控产品、了解网络交换、IT（存储、服务器）相关产品；熟悉市面上常见弱电系统品牌（海康/大华/宇视/华为/华三）

7、有公安、交通、智慧园区大项目经验优先；有大型系统集成项目经验优先。
