JOB DESCRIPTION

    

Job Name : Deviation Coordinator

    

    

    

General description: Supervise NCR status, coordinate with local and HQ about the NCR handling, follow up the NCR performance.

    

    

Tasks :

    

            

· Direct report to QHSE Manager in China, and functional report to Global SQA (Europe & International).

    

· NCR management when the issue is found in China, and supported by Global SQA for major NCR.

    

o Input NCRs to system after detecting by suppliers or SQAs

    

o Coordinate with Local and HQ SQA for NCR handling

    

o Follow up the NCR status

    

· Monthly follow up the supplier performance

    

· Set up Q-notification in SAP (division Europe) or QSE (division international) for deviations at supplier site (supplier deviation request, findings at supplier site by Nordex) and coordination towards Global SQA

    

· Other tasks from the department.

            

    

Hierarchical: China Quality & Safety Manager

    

    

    

Qualification/Training :

    

Quality management, ISO 9001 and process audits.

    

    

    

Profile / Perfil:

            

? Good Chinese and English language level.

    

? Engineering degree preferred.

    

? 3 years working experience, quality coordinator preferred.

    

? Knowledge for NCR procedure.

    

? SAP experience preferred.

    

? Very well communication.

            

    

Languages: Fluent English.

    

    

Experience : at least 5 years working experience.

In September 2008 the AW-3000 was introduced in Europe (PowerExpo, Zaragoza).

Wind turbine assembly plants

ACCIONA Windpower has five wind turbine manufacturing facilities, three in Spain, one in the USA and one in Brazil. Their total annual production capacity is 4,000 MW. ACCIONA Windpower also has an assembly plant for hubs and other components in Toledo (Spain) and has opened a blade production plant in Navarre (Spain) in 2009.


Turbines in wind parks in twelve countries
By the end of 2012 ACCIONA Windpower had installed wind turbines in wind farm in different countries as: Spain, the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, China, South Korea, Italy, Greece, France, Poland, Brazil, the UK.

A good part of these projects have been (or will be) carried out by other companies with which ACCIONA Windpower has signed contracts for the supply of turbines. This modality will increase over the next few years.
