Job responsibilities:

    

Making order fulfillment and meeting customer on time delivery request

1. Answer customer phone calls or email about order/product/delivery inquiries and follow up as and when necessary
2. Check customer order before entry in SAP and feedback customer
3. Follow up closely with Sales, plants logistic and customers during operation
4. Feedback and communicate closely with customers on any issues incurred during OTC operation and seek resolution.
5. Coordinate with internal colleagues on order credit release, scheduling, delivery and billing till order full completion.
6. Understand and comply with business policies and compliance regulations
7. Work as a team player in team to support each other.
8. Work under pressure in Peak Season

Job Requirements:

1. College degree
2. 3-5 years customer service or sales assistant experience
3. CET-6 or Similar English Level
4. Basic SAP knowledge
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
