Responsibility:

· Formulate the annual Social media strategy plan in line with marketing plan & promotion plan

· Set up the measureable KPI and right benchmark for each social campaign, e.g. effective reach, clicks, etc.

· Manage social media agency to execute the social campaign from planning, social media sourcing and implementation to post-buy report

· Set up the right processes and timelines for social media campaign with all the stakeholders involved

· Deep dive into big data gained from Social media campaign and evaluate the media effectiveness and efficiency

· Monitor word of mouth of METRO and key competitors in social environment

· Support the other business units strategizing social media campaigns as per business objective

Requirement:

· Relevant and specialized social media agency and social media partners

3^rd party monitoring agency

· Excellent project management and data analysis

· Understanding of existing social media channels and media tools, e.g. SEM, SEO, KOL, etc. as well as knowledge of new & innovative social media channels

· Multi-tasking with clear priorities

· Working in a fast paced and cross functional environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, conceptually and tactically

· Successfully interface with external vendors and social media agencies

· Build and foster relationships with external and internal stakeholders

· Ability to lead and coach the social media team

High proficiency in
written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Bachelor degree or above is preferred

· At least 8 years of management experience in social media marketing on client side or agency side
