Job Description：

1. Lead CMOS image sensor process development, main responsibilities include coordinate with the FAB process development, test and debug, monitor project progress, and some key milestones.
2. Lead to solve CMOS image sensor products technical issues.
3. Draft CMOS image sensor test specs, operation guidelines and procedures, etc.
4. Outsource, qualify and manage new foundry.
5. Draft optical sensor products process and test specs.
6. Work with contract manufacturer to prepare for customer line auditing.
7. Response for the production quality issues of optical sensors.
8. Conduct project management.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor or master degree in electronics, material, mechanical engineering;
2. At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry, especially in process, quality and testing area.
3. Familiar with semiconductor processes and testing, including CMOS process and testing.
4. Good communication skills, good self-management and team work.
5. Good data analysis skills, and hands-on experience.
